Charli is very in tune with the body and it’s functions, and is truly a specialist in applying Pilates practice for physical therapy, rehabilitative work, and even pregnancy training. I couldn’t recommend more!!!

“For many year I’ve suffered from back and neck pain. I think it’s partly due to being at a laptop all day and travelling frequently but it’s also exaggerated by my sports: golf, cycling and surfing. It was setting me back constantly. 

I started semi-private lessons with Charli in 2016. Although being really fit and strong, Charli helped to understand that I really needed to strengthen my core. She tailored my routines to focus on this, and stretching out my hotspots.

Over time, everything started to shift. I can feel a big improvement when I do sports now. Charli also showed me many practical techniques I can use at home or when I travel. Since using the Oov, muscle tension is a thing of the past.

I have been attending Pilates classes with Charli for the past two and a half years. We meet twice a week for an hour on a one-to-one basis. It has been a very rewarding experience as Charli patiently coaxes muscles into activity or complete relaxation.

The classes are extremely varied, with familiar routines and equipment alternating with new challenges. Best of all, the sessions take place in an atmosphere full of fun! Charli has the ability to put her clients completely at ease, with laughter never far away.

I am aware of a greater sense of balance, suppleness and an improved posture since starting classes. By the end of each session, my entire body feels relaxed, such as one experiences after a prolonged massage.
