“I’d been doing pilates at a gym for a few years on and off before starting with Charli. I would always leave the classes feeling underwhelmed and often as though I’d done more damage than good to my body.

Having worked with Charli for a few months now, I honestly can’t recommend her classes highly enough. She pays exceptional attention to what my body is doing and how it is moving. She then adapts the exercises and classes according to my mobility and strength.

I never leave a class feeling sore or strained, but rather always energized and strong.

Charli is a breath of fresh air and I look forward to our classes every week in her beautiful little studio. “
